Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ace11 platform — they contain important information about your rights and responsibilities.

02 Eligibility and Registration
To open an account and use services on the ace11 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

- You must act on your own behalf and in your own interest — not as a representative of a third party.

- You must not have previously had an account cancelled or banned by ace11.

2.1 Accuracy of Account Information
If the information provided at registration is found to be false, misleading or incomplete, ace11 reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. ace11 may request a national identity card, passport or other government-approved documents for identity verification.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ace11 support team immediately.
03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Funds can currently be deposited and withdrawn on the ace11 platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
3.1 Deposit Limits
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each method).
- There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, however identity verification may be required for large transactions.
- Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes.
3.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawal processing time: generally within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- ace11 reserves the right to complete identity verification and anti-money laundering (AML) checks before processing a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawals will be processed via the same method used for the deposit, unless ace11 approves otherwise.

04 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
ace11 provides bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions which are published alongside that offer.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x). This requirement must be met before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.2 General Bonus Policy Conditions
- A bonus may be claimed only once — per individual, household, address or device.
- Any attempt to claim a bonus by creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being cancelled.
- ace11 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Only bets placed with funds in your own account will count towards the wagering requirement.
4.3 VIP Program
The ace11 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Moving to a higher tier provides additional benefits including weekly cashback. VIP tier changes are determined at ace11's sole discretion and ace11 may change the terms of the VIP program at any time.
Additional Rules
05 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the ace11 platform:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Using any form of fraud, manipulation or bot software.
- Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting unauthorized access to ace11's software or systems.
- Abusing the bonus system or participating in bonus arbitrage.
- Harassing other users or behaving improperly toward them.
- Using ace11's intellectual property without authorization.
If these prohibitions are violated, ace11 reserves the right to immediately terminate the account, seize funds, and take applicable legal action.
06 Responsible Gaming

6.1 Self-Restriction Features

07 Copyright & Intellectual Property

9.1 Technical Errors
Any reward or win incorrectly awarded due to a technical error or system failure may be cancelled by ace11. ace11 will take the necessary steps to reach a fair resolution in such cases.
10 Limitation of Liability
ace11 is not liable for any loss arising directly or indirectly from use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Financial losses from betting or gaming.
- Issues caused by internet connection disruptions.
- Technical errors or issues related to third-party software.
- Account access by unauthorized third parties.
Gaming inherently carries risk. The decision to play on the ace11 platform is made entirely at your own responsibility.
11 Account Closure & Suspension
ace11 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
- Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
- A voluntary request by the user.
- Prolonged account inactivity.
- Legal or regulatory obligations.
11.1 Funds After Account Closure
In the event of account closure, if not closed due to fraud or a rules violation, any remaining funds eligible for withdrawal will be returned through the designated method. However, bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirements have not been met.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Transfer of Rights
